Kevin led strategic planning efforts for large bureaucracies and small organizations, always with the same goals: excellent customer service, happier and more productive employees, and increased efficiency and transparency.

Emergency Management
Kevin’s experience as an emergency manager in New York saw him working with, and leading, diverse teams. Kevin led Continuity of Operations Planning efforts, managed parts of NYC’s response to Hurricane’s Sandy and Irene, was in the Emergency Operations Center for the Ebola activation, Contributed to Citywide planning efforts, briefed Commissioners and Deputy Mayors, and led numerous Table Top Exercises and After Action Reports.
Kevin’s experience will help your team create an “All-Hazards” emergency plan for your operations, plan and execute table-top exercises to identify challenges before emergencies happen, create a Continuity of Operations plan, and work with you during emergencies to provide services and support your workforce.
Project Management & Process Improvement
Using Project Management, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies, Kevin led teams to save millions of dollars of taxpayer money, streamline outdated processes, and implement simple technology solutions. In all projects the focus was to make processes simpler for customers and staff and create easy to follow tools, templates, and procedures.
